Our flagship wine is called Iconoclast, which is generally a blend of 2/3 Cabernet Sauvignon and 1/3 Syrah. Originally, we made this wine with Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, and Santa Barbara Syrah. But in 2012 we made our first estate Iconoclast with fruit from our Paso estate, and we really love this wine. Still tannic as can be, but the Cabernet and Syrah combine to provide a sum well in excess of its parts.
In 2013, we co-fermented the Cabernet and the Syrah thus creating an even more complex blend.
On occasion, we will bottle a Grenache, a Cabernet Sauvignon and a Mouvedre, when the fruit is exceptional.
Since moving to Paso Robles we are now growing and producing a Zinfandel.
