We work with some great local vineyards to produce the fantastic grapes we use to make our wines. These vineyards are mainly in the eastern part of the Santa Ynez Valley, where hot daytime temperatures are followed by cool nights that ripen the grapes to perfection while preserving flavors and acidity.
We're also very excited to let you know about our Paso Robles project - David bought the Rancho del Cielo ranch there and we planted vines in Spring 2007. It will take 3 to 5 years before we get grapes, so stay tuned for updates. |
