Our Wines

Not having vineyards of our own makes it imperative to source grapes from growers who are as dedicated to their vines as we are to our wines. We look for vineyards that represent the terroir of the Santa Ynez and Santa Maria growing regions and which will produce wines on which we are proud to place the Carina Cellars label. Once received at the winery, we take a minimalist approach to winemaking to let those beautiful characteristics of the vineyards shine through. Each bottle proudly bears the name of the vineyard as a show of respect to our growers.

This section of our website includes notes on all of our current releases, as well as some of our older wines in the Library. Although we don’t generally have Library wines available for sale, we thought you might be interested in case you find past vintages on a restaurant wine list, in a specialty wine store – or in your own cellar! We may also occasionally post notes on how the wines are aging, and if you open an older bottle of Carina Cellars wine, please send us your observations as well. And just in case you want to go searching for a current or library wine, we’ve listed those specialty wine stores that carry Carina Cellars wines. Cheers!
